We provide parts kitting services for Contract manufacturers. We Purchase parts on their behalf, receive them ,re pack it as per BOM list, labeling etc.
This increases Production efficiency with cost savings.
You do not have to generate as many SKU# for parts. You can get away by creating only one SKU# for KIT which belongs to that particular BOM
Kitting services include:
- Parts Sourcing , including hard to find components.
- Receiving , Counting , Labeling ,put together as per BOM to make kit.
- We are not restricted to only electronic industry, but it can be kitting of any engineering parts provided or dropped shipped by customer to us for making kit as per their specifications & requirements.
- We can supply kits with PCB & Parts.
